Gyrokinesis Works

Gyrokinesis incorporates the principals of yoga, dance, gymnastics and tai-chi.

Gyrokinesis is a form of training that trains the entire body all at one time. It’s very invigorating and performed through a range of undulating and spiraling movements. Those with experience have said that it sends waves of circulation to the organs and tissues while it oxygenates the blood and stimulates the nervous system. It’s astonishing to realize how many systems of the body are affected. It is normally done on mats and low stools.

Julio Horvath has spent a lot of time and energy doing research and studying movement after he suffered many struggles and illnesses. His research and experience helped him heal and soon after he started to work on developing a program that he could share with others. He carefully put together the Gyrokinesis program to ensure it will be able to accommodate people from all walks of life. He had a passion to heal the ill and the distressed

Fluidity is the key in this exercise. The postures are not held for long periods – positions are changed regularly in a smooth and harmonious manner. You are also taught to breathe properly and this has proven to be very important – proper breathing will already make you feel more healthy and invigorated.

Gyrokinesis helps you switch off for a while and focus on your thoughts, body and the wonderful things surrounding you. It puts you in a state of meditation, something we all desperately need but never have time for. With Gyrokinesis you will be able to connect with your body and you feel how your muscles work together, flowing from movement to movement.

Testimonials of people who have been practicing Gyrokinesis are full of praises and positive comments. I suggest that you be very open-minded and really give Gyrokinesis a chance as it is something new and different for you. You will leave with lifted spirits and an energized body!

Start with a beginner’s class and stick to it for a few weeks until you feel you are ready to move to the intermediate and soon, advanced levels. You should be comfortable with the movements and not over exert yourself too soon. Go to a class, so the instructor can help you through each movement in the beginning until you can perform them on your own with ease.

Gyrokinesis, same as yoga, is a wonderful group activity. Make it a weekly appointment between friends, you won’t have to attend the class alone and you’ll be introducing your friends to something fun!

I am looking for a place to lead me on a path towards a loving God. Where can I go?

In Toronto.
I was raised by my parents an atheist, but I am starting to realize that it is not exactly for me. I have been practicing yoga and meditation since I was 14, and I feel a strong pull towards it. I know it is non-denominational, but now I am looking for something similar. I studied Buddhism in school quite a lot, and think it is a beautiful way of thinking.. Also, while much of my family is Catholic, I don’t think I could bring myself to go to church, even though I kind of want to, just because it wouldn’t feel right to me. I am, most simply, trying to find a God to guide me towards love of myself and of others.

My old pastor from Southern California relocated to Toronto. He is the best. He is kind, teaches the bible really well, and always patiently answered all of my questions.

Do you suffer from anxiety attacks? Of course only a qualified medical professional can correctly diagnose these kinds of serious issues, and I would recommend that you seek assistance in these matters if you're experiencing anxiety symptoms. That being said, there are steps an individual can take to relieve and maybe eliminate the emotional turbulence that often accompanies panic and anxiety attacks. With a very simple, natural technique called brainwave entrainment, you can get these sensations and feelings under control and put your life back in order.
