New Age – A Paradigm Shift to Divine Consciousness and Philosophy Universal

The New Age Movement (NAM) is a revival of spiritual and divine values and can be called as a Divine Regeneration Movement. New Age Philosophy has conquered the West intellectually and Western culture is currently experiencing a phenomenal shift – sociological, spiritual and ideological. It is a secular, multi-cultural synthesis, multi-religious mysticism of Eastern philosophies, mainly Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism and Western occultism, emphasizing holism, the doctrine that reality is organically One (now taught in universities States after the Theory of Relativity Einstein).

Behind the evolution of the species, there is an evolution consciousness. The purpose of life is self-actualization, to move to the level of unity consciousness, defined as the conscience in the state 7 transcendental philosophy.

The social disruption caused by the Vietnam War, the threat posed by AIDS, the disillusionment with materialistic ideas and the erosion of faith in morality and ethics has a sense of futility and meaninglessness within Western psyche. The the Western system chemotherapy and side effects of antibiotics, sedatives and certain other drugs and disillusionment promises of science and technology made millions turn to Oriental philosophies, occult practices and systems of treatment. (Interest in alternative medicine developed so much so that there are more than 180 systems of alternative medicine.
Exhibitors at the New Age philosophy in Europe and America including Transcendentalists like Thoreau, Emerson and Walt Whitman, Wordsworth, Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772), introduced by theosophy and Madame Blavatsky (1831 – 1891) and Col. Olcott and the philosopher Annie Besant. As the world has witnessed a consciousness revolution of Transcendental Meditation, yoga, Zen, Carlos CastaƱada, the Beatles, Holistic Medicine (both Western and Ayurveda), Tantra, Astrology (both Western and Vedic) became popular.

There are 6 million new Age sites on the Web and the Movement consists of a huge and well organized network consisting of thousands of groups, trusts, foundations, clubs, hostels, and spiritual groups whose goal and purpose is to prepare the world for entry into the Aquarian Age. (The Age of Aquarius). In astrological symbolism, Aquarius and Pisces is spiritual rationality. The Piscean Age, an age of computers and the cyber revolution, followed by the era of consciousness revolution or a spiritual revolution, the era of Aquarius.

Some organizations New Ages are: California New Age Goodwill Caucus, the World Alliance of New World, The Church Universal and Triumphant, The Theosophical Society, Amnesty International, Zero Population Growth, the Forum, the global initiative for the world we choose, the Club of Rome, the Church Universal & Triumphant, Christian Science and Unity School of Christianity.

New Age believes in the essential goodness human and the divine spark in man and the New Age movement is not a unified system of beliefs and worship practices, even if its roots are from the Vedic philosophy. There is no central authority, no official leader, no headquarters, nor membership list, but is rather a network of groups working towards world peace and universal love. There are millions of followers in the world in various New Age practices and the world is moving from Chaos (Disorder) to Cosmos (Order)! This is a phase transition entropy (disorder) in order!

Significant influence has been acquired by the Movement affecting almost all areas of Western culture, sociology, psychology, medicine, government, ecology, science, arts, education, business, media, entertainment, sports, and even the Church. Organized forms spiritual as Christian Science, Unity and even forms of Witchcraft (from the German 'Wicca' meaning the Wise; Witchcraft: vessels of Elders) are all its expressions. Various seminars on human potential, Transcendental Meditation, Zen meditation and some Alternative Holistic Medicine practices are also many other events.

Some popular New Age publications and journals are New Age Journal, files A to Z, clarity, Body Mind Spirit Yoga Journal, Gnosis, East West, Noetic Sciences, Millennium Being and Omega. The new trend of the population is now seeing everything from a New Age perspective

The main objective of the New Age Movement is to prepare man to enter the age of Aquarius and to provide world peace in a world already scarred. "Everything is wrong with the world," said Shaw & some of the other objectives of the NAM are to establish All New World Order in the fields of economy and government. The idea of a world government has been proposed by Bernard Shaw more earlier and was implemented by Mahesh Yogi and is in the writings of the Apostle founder of New Age movement, Alice Bailey.

Introduction The word is derived from the Latin "Ireland" to go inside and initiates were called by the Grand Master of the salt of the earth. Reality Ward mystical defined as "inside and inside and inside and inside." Another mystic he describes as "It is hidden, it is hidden and it is hidden." For the mystic, the evolution of self is the means, only by changing and correct ourselves we can change others. The main objectives of the movement are to prepare the world to receive the Divine Consciousness and to enter the era Aquarius, thus establishing the New World Order.

New Age Philosophy believes that human evolution may be accelerated if not the entire mass of humanity, at least among the appropriate people. Human nature is perfectible, through an intensive process purification and initiation.

The New Age Movement is secular and universally spread over the surface of the earth and its underlying philosophy of basic focuses on Gnosticism and Occultism. (Gnosticism is an ancient philosophy stating that Divine essence is the reality, and that the Self of man is actually this essence. Behind the phenomenal world is the transcendent reality that intuition alone can see). He has a remarkable resemblance to the Universal Religion that HG Wells predicted one day dominate the world.

The six main characteristics of New Age thinking are: (1) is unity, (2) All is Divine (3) Humanity is divine (4) A change in consciousness, (5) All religions are one, and (6) Cosmic Evolution optimism.
Basically Integralism dialectic, New Age Philosophy unites both matter and spirit.

Spirit is to see through the eyes of the matter

Question is revealed the face of the Spirit!

The 13 major principles of New Age philosophy are:

(1) A world order – a Government global currency, a universal being.

(2) The universal energy, universal matter, Universal Life, Universal Soul As God

(3) an eternal universe – uniform in space and time ending

(4) Divine practices (Astrology Yoga and other esoteric arts)

(5) syncretism (unity of all religions).

(6) The need for Meditation (for generating altered states of consciousness);

(7) Life is cyclical, everything is cyclical, subject to the cyclical upheavals of the time.

(8) Holistic Medicine & Vegetarianism (The patient is more important that the doctor and alkaline food)

(9) Pacifism (Anti-war activities);

(10) Reincarnation, (The Law of Conservation of Soul)

(11) The evolution of man in the Divinity (The latent Life Force evolving naturally to the Divine)

(12) The union of man with the divine (Merger of man into the infinite)

(13) illusory of matter – percipii EST Esse – Perception is gasoline; The spirit is the substance.

Soothing audio environments are created by New Age musicians and they believe rightly that Music has psycho-therapeutic properties. (This concept is derived from the Vedic philosophy that all music is Samaveda, 4 Vedas the Indians). Born of an interest in spirituality and healing in the late 1970s, it is often used as an aid to meditation.

Essentially meditative, New Age music is soothing to the soul. Music Is not defined as food for the soul? Harmonic consonance, uplifting themes, contemplative melodies and song forms are non-linear characteristics of New Age music. Even the natural sounds or sounds of nature and traditional electronic instruments are used by New Age musicians. With roots in classical music or Eastern Music, New Music Age is often meditative. Prominent New Age musicians include vocalist Liz Story; harpist Andreas Vollenweider, electric violinist Jean-Luc Ponty Electronic music pioneer Brian Eno, Kitaro and multi-instrumentalist solo piano artist George Winston.

New Age practices have almost conquered the world. The Athletes are using guided imagery. Graduate schools of business are invoking TM, Yoga, and Tarot cards in the courses on creativity in business (eg, Stanford Graduate School of Business). On the basis of astrology, the science of time, the gurus of labor exchange Fibonacci numbers and "wave theory" in their forecasts.

We can summarize that the term New Age is a term derived from innovative the mother of all sciences, astrology, indicating that this land is in a transitional phase of the evolution of the Piscean Age of Scientism in the Age of Aquarius to the Divine Wisdom, Cosmic Consciousness, knowledge and love.
Since the New Age is a conglomeration of spiritual practices, let us analyze the fundamental principles of the Movement

1. The divine source of the Authority. New Agers do not claim any single source of authority Inspiration by the Divine. By the Divine we mean a principle within, the divine spark or the Self and there receiving the self to Reveal inside or intuitive ideas of self.

2. Lord. – Since matter and energy can be neither created nor destroyed and the total energy in the universe is an absolute constant to be (Universal), The Lord did not create the world, he became the world. Monism-("All is Unity") Averre there is only one essence of the universe, everyone and every part this species. The Self is an absolute and all these are the fates. New Age view of God as an impersonal force of life, consciousness or energy ( example, the "Star Wars Force") mainly but they also believe in its personal aspect, as the ocean (which is without form) may take the form of a iceberg! Ils Averre that every human being has a divine spark within him because all created beings are reflections of the divine idea. The eternal state is called by various terms among different New Age groups, ie, God-consciousness, Universal Love, self-realization, the I AM, Higher Self, Brahman, Nirvana, etc.

2. The Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Christ Consciousness or the Divine Consciousness is what the supporters of the New Age mean by Christ. . In other words, Christ is a divine principle, rather than an individual, like Jesus. This idea of Christ Consciousness asserts that Jesus was only one of Christs, but he equipped himself to receive the Christ Consciousness (for example, it was a great teacher who has attained the Christ consciousness), as did other prophets like Buddha, Krishna, Mohammed. New Agers believe Dr Paul Brunton, who said Jesus spent 18 years in India absorbing Indian mysticism and was introduced to the highest esoteric doctrine.
3. Human destiny. Man is the measure of all things and is more divine than the animals and therefore the salvation of the world depends on man. Cleaning the negative elements of the collective unconscious should be the goal of humanity. Once Negativity is cleaned from the collective subconscious, human energy and the positive glow noble ideals of the New Age will be updated in the Age of Enlightenment. Since man is intrinsically divine and perfect, his only real problem is ignorance of this fact. Gnosis means knowledge by experience and hello in the New Age is for man to be enlightened this divine gnosis. New Age groups offer various spiritual techniques to enable individuals, and ultimately the world, grow in this awareness unitive. These techniques may include psychotechnologies to reach altered states of consciousness – Transcendental Meditation, yoga, zen, Harmonization, Channeling (Spirit guides), psychics, acupuncture, etc.

4. The Ethical Opposites, Good & Evil – Believing in the Oriental philosophies, New Agers to the distinction between good and evil. All wickedness is weakness and Evil is imperfection. By the method of trial and error, we learn to know what is good and what is bad for the world and we must transcend the dualities.
5. Reincarnation. New Agers believe in the ancient Vedic philosophic concept of Reincarnation ie through a long process of rebirths, man can eventually attain Divine perfection. They also teach the Universal Law Karma – ((The law of cause and effect (Every effect has a cause), The law of action and reaction, law of retribution)) that a person sows, he must take. It is also the doctrine of God disclaimer that the Self is not responsible and it is the ego that bitter experiences and sweet mental experiences due to his own karma.
6.Salvation is self-actualization and sin is ignorance – SSome theorists taught concept of man's original sin. New Age exponents teach the concept of the essential goodness of man. Instead of systems that focuses on human negative aspect and sin, New Age highlights that every man is essentially divine and it's a sin to call man sinner However, New Agers speak of troublesome desires which are natural impulses which retard human evolution and how the ego away Auto. Sin is merely ignorance of the essential divinity of man. The atrophied spiritual consciousness of the normal man who lives in ignorance of his Divine Self is sin. As the law of conservation of energy states that energy can not be created or destroyed, the Law of Conservation of Soul states that the soul can be neither created nor destroyed. Matter exists in 3 states, liquid, gaseous and solid material can be neither created nor destroyed. Nothing begins to be. Similarly, life is not the physical birth begin to be. Penetrates simply the physical conditions and assumes physical form. He just underwent a parallel transformation into conditions which existed in other conditions. Soul is reincarnated in different bodies in a continuous succession of life. The good or bad Karma earned in this life determines its subsequent incarnation. The achievement of higher states of consciousness must be our aim. There many different paths to the goal of divine perfection, and we should be tolerant of other paths.

The divine Aurobindo predicted that spiritual influences from India will trigger a global spiritual movement. There will Mass Incarnations (many people divinely inspired) who will work for world peace and universal love!

I saw them cross the twilight of the age

The massive barrier breakers of this world

The children of the sun in the eyes of a marvelous dawn

The architects of immortality

Making the magic Word, the mystic fire

Realization of the Dionysian Cup of Joy!

The four systems of Philosophy which triggered the NAM are Hinduism, a product of 5000 years of development, Buddhism, circa 560 BC, Taoism, about 500 BC and Druidism, circa 300 BC, the religion of the Celts, which extended to the Middle Ages.
