theta state meditation

Tears when I meditate?
I usually think in high school, and I found it very relaxing. I do not meditate according to any religion, I used something called "Guided Meditation Theta" by Kelly Howell. This is a recording with strong theta waves, it is pretty cool. But now I'm almost finished with college, and life has been anything but a huge ball of stress, I decided to start meditating again. As I did, the tears just started running down my face. I would not say that I was "shouting:" I was in no emotional state, other than following the guided meditation. I 'm not sure what that might mean, but it really disturbs my goal, I just want the tears roll down my cheeks, once my mind attempts to reach level. I had a hard life all my life (but who does not?) And I just got out of a relationship of 2 years. I do not know what causes tears, but I can remember having the same problem when I was in high school. Does anyone know why or what I could try to stop tears?

With a very simple, natural technique called brainwave entrainment, you can get these sensations and feelings under control and put your life back in order.
