Does Hypnotherapy for depression and low self-esteem?
It has been suggested by my mom, cognitive-behavioral Therepy had a limited effect on me (got me off Prozac after 10 years but still have horrible depressive episodes) and I know what the cause of all this is stuff (from when I was a kid) Maybe I should see a hypnotherapist to try and see if they can do something to "block" the negative things. Oh and PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO TRY RELIGION! I tried most of them and never found I could really imagine in. I respect your point of view you think there is a God, etc. etc. so please respect the fact that I do not believe these things.
