What it means to be "spiritually enlightened"? How do you know it is real?

There are so of different ways and most people are so lost. There are so many faiths and schools of thought. Buddhish, Taoism, Zen, Sufism for name a few. Then there are the traditional religions and modern religions such as Sikhism, Islam, Christianity, Hinduism and movements as modern or Radha Soami Sant Mat (including Ruhani Satsang and other ramifications). These are ways that claim to take you to the truth or God. The reality is very different. In fact, most fans simply remain faithful throughout their lives. They may have vision or occasional achievement – but they rarely attain enlightenment. What is the true nature of Enlightenment? It requires no effort or meditation as SADHANA or prayer to reach this state? What is the difference between someone who believes and someone who knows? If you believe then you are strongly confident and believe you have the truth when, in reality, has only one belief? is enlightenment belief? How do you know?

Big Questions – And you really open a Pandora's box! Firstly, it seems that you have two main questions: 1) How do we know that someone else is enlightened? 2) how do we know if we ourselves are enlightened? Consider a simple situation. You're standing on one side a high wall. On the other side of the wall there is someone else. And this person says I look a purple cow. From your side of the wall there is simply no way you can know whether or not the other person actually looking at a purple cow. They could describe in minute details, they could claim to be trying to push on the wall so you can see for yourself. But the best thing you can ever do is believe they are looking for a purple cow. You never know. Now, say a purple cow out of the woods and headed towards you. Now that you look a purple cow. You do not know yet if the other person is actually looking at a purple cow, but at least now you can start asking specific questions research and interventions specific to another person. You may be able to ensure that the other person is actually looking a purple cow very similar to yours, or you may find that their purple cow is remarkably different from yours, while admitting that they are after all is said and done, even watch a purple cow. Or you may decide that they were just lying all along. Whatever the case, you will always not sure whether or not they are looking at a purple cow. In the same way, you can never know for sure if someone else is enlightened. (And frankly, it does not really matter.) However, you will know whether or not you are looking for something that seems to be a purple cow. At this point, you suddenly have a great responsibility, both for yourself and for everyone one around you. Are you going to tell right away all you look at a purple cow, or will you be absolutely sure first that you are watching is actually a purple cow? Or will you not even mention it never at all? Suppose you discover that the purple cow gives milk a particular nutrient, a milk really think you could solve all the hunger the world. One drop and you never need to eat again! It's a big responsibility! What if you're wrong? At best, others will dismiss it as crazy. At worst, you could end up dragging a lot of people starving around with false promises. Thus, it belongs to you (and it would be a good service to everyone around you) to study your purple cow very closely, and with a look quite honest, before you announce your findings in the world …. It is my belief (based on my own experience) that this study requires considerable effort (which could be called sadhana, as you suggest).

Do you suffer from anxiety attacks? Of course only a qualified medical professional can correctly diagnose these kinds of serious issues, and I would recommend that you seek assistance in these matters if you're experiencing anxiety symptoms. That being said, there are steps an individual can take to relieve and maybe eliminate the emotional turbulence that often accompanies panic and anxiety attacks. With a very simple, natural technique called brainwave entrainment, you can get these sensations and feelings under control and put your life back in order.
