I am successful in meditation?

by this fear that I am somewhat lose track of time. I imagine hours pass and I do not notice. Because that when I reach this state of absolute stillness I can feel peace as the half-hour can feel like two minutes. It is really surprising, but I fear that I will somehow "get lost" or addicted to: P Do I simply ignore the fear? Or should I set a timer? lmao I'm serious, but the simple fact that I'm afraid this makes me laugh a little.
