Meditation for release of chronic neck pain?
I’m convinced one of my energy points may be stuck. My neck hurts a lot when I sleep and has been hurting for awhile but no scientific research is finding any answers for it. I’ve gotten tons of tests and examinations with no findings. I’ve noticed I have temporary relief if I get really happy sleep from a very good social or self experience prior to my sleep, i.e. a realization or a major problem solved in my life, or maybe even just a wild thrill of experience. I’m curious as to if meditation can reduce chronic pain and how I should practice is for neck pain.
I mean “chakras.”
Have you tried acupuncture? And regular massage?
Meditation is good too, but you may need to combine all three.
Multi-factorial approaches are usually best in these situations.
One more thought; have you ever checked to see if you have a first rib lesion? In which case a chiropractor may be able to give you some relief. And if you are male…I am assuming here… having your testosterone levels checked believe it or not could also reveal the cause of neck pain.
