Deal with Stress and/or Nerves….Suggestions?

I’m looking for ways to deal with stress or nerves

-I’ve tried crocheting but it just makes me more frustrated
-I’ve tried drawing but I become to meticulous, thus adding to stress
-So far I find that I like bike riding, swimming, and sex but I have neither bike nor pool (as for sex, you men make it complicated every time, even after an agreement) maybe I’m on the wrong team, am I right ladies? just kidding ;)
-I don’t drink (that is the wrong road for me) lol I just have a glass of milk to take the edge off
-I refuse to do drugs
-Sometimes very negr0 gospel music helps (I haven’t explored meditation or things of that nature)

What hobby or methods do you use/Could I use to relieve stress?
preferably a healthy inexpensive way to keep me from clawing of my neighbors face. PLEASE AND THANK YOU :)

If only I had more time to give you HEAPS but here’s a few suggestions…

- get massages frequently (say, once a week)
- go to a herbal shop/organic health shop – you can purchase certain foods and/or supplements that are targeted at relieving stress and tense nerves
- every day, watch a comedy movie or do anything that makes you laugh, because laughing has been proven to reduce stress HEAPS
- socialise. It gets your mind off things, including things you stress about.

Hope that helps :)

That being said, there are steps an individual can take to relieve and maybe eliminate the emotional turbulence that often accompanies panic and anxiety attacks. With a very simple, natural technique called brainwave entrainment, you can get these sensations and feelings under control and put your life back in order.
