I am 15 years old, 5'5 150 pounds, need help with the loss of at least 20 other books, but not the motivation itself.?

I walk on a treadmill for an hour each day and reducing power. my weight to the higher, I was at 197 pounds. the only thing that really works for me is walking and counting calories. if I you, I stick to a 1400 calorie diet and walking an hour each day.
