During these dreams, you can free the mind repressed fears, anxieties and desires through coded language called conceptual imagery comes from the unconscious brain.

Spontaneous Lucidity

These dreams normal are also the main gateway to lucid dreams. When you have a normal dream, it is easy to ignite spontaneously lucid. Just for you to consciously realize that you are dreaming. It depends on your conscious brain and the sensory system so that your dream looks, smells, sounds, smells and tastes the same as happens in reality.

Even more bizarre experiences may feel very real, as the form of shift or at least point to what your body looks sensation to feel like. When you forget that you dream your lucid dream, will return to normal a dream and you lose all conscious control and awareness of the dream.

2. Daydreams

Scientific studies have found that a surprising 70-120 minutes per day, people are dreaming. At this point, you're half-awake but not asleep. However, you also are not completely consistent with reality at this time either. As the dream continues, we become more immersed in your private Fantasyland.

Daydreaming is actually an element important research on dreams. As with other forms of dreams, you enter a hypnotic trance your unconscious thoughts are allowed to ride surface. In dreams, the right or the creative side of your brain become dominant and you lose your awareness of reality. Often, your concerns or deeper concerns come to the surface at that time, generally by acting themselves through meditation. This can increase your negativity, so when you start fantasizing about the abusive situation, you should try to change it into a positive result.

Repeat Future

Many successful people use their dreams as a way to visualize their future success. For athletes, they will often imagine winning their next big party. Entrepreneurs use dreams to mentally rehearse for an important speech. These people see a positive outcome and can help make their dream a reality. You can even consider an event in the past and reconstruct to provide a different result. This type of dream is very healthy for individuals, since you are temporarily able to overcome the difficulty of reality and release your frustrations without having to do anything physical.

Setting an Intention Lucid Dream

You can also use dreams to begin your next lucid dream. To do so make a mental list of three things you want to accomplish in your conscious dream and visualize how to get there. Tell you want to learn the piano, fly to the moon and meet strangers. Imagine the first concert hall (where you are most likely to find piano), so imagine what it's like to fly and go through the roof in the night sky. Imagine landing on the moon and find a group of foreigners which are super-intelligent and sitting in a crater. You have an interesting conversation with the aliens, save a lot of ideas that come directly from your unconscious mind.

When you become lucid the next time you remember your instinct, reverie and begin to perform in the sharp detail the reality of a lucid dream.
