How do I create binaural beats or isochronic with my PC?
I want to take a music file, and manipulate, so that one channel plays music recorded that, but change to another channel that plays music at 0.3 Hz higher in frequency. Or simply change both channelsIs so they alternate (round trip) from the original frequency at 0.3 Hz faster. Is this possible? What hardware or software do I need? Free or inexpensive software and hardware recommendations would be appreciated.
