brain training audio?
Hi. I've been looking into audio for training the brain itself, and they sell online for a lot of money, but will not give many details. They say it may be a remedy for almost all psychological ills. Firstly, … does that work all things for someone? other .. as far as I can tell the basic theory is to create a difference in frequency between 5 and 15 Hz approximately, between the same signal presented to each ear separately (eg headphones stereo) … because these frequencies are supposed to match brainwave frequencies .. deep meditative states. But ,…. frequency is a logorightmic scale. Thus, a difference in frequency of very low tones, such as oh, say 110 Hz, this might be a little sensitive …. , But a small difference frequency 10 Hz high tones, oh, say even 1600 Hz, … noticealbe is not at all (would be a much smaller range musically speaking) .. so what's up with this? And they tell me nothing.
If you're referring to the Holosync program, they have a free trial CD audio. It is good for relaxation. I only beginner level and have become a calmer person. I do not "sweat so many little things" as I did. Also, people Holosync have free email and telephone consulting for anything which may "ascend" during the process. (Feelings, memories, etc.) I do not know that I am make the whole 12 levels, but the first was the value of money for me.
