What Me Worry?
What Me Worry?

Know people who can not stop worrying?
When I was a young speaker, I had the privilege of traveling on a speaking tour with DR. Norman Vincent Peale and some other eminent personalities of the day. He was a renowned author, Minister of People's Church in New York City, a great orator and a great thinker.
Dr. Peale told a story which stuck with me these many years of banging against one of his parishioners. George was obviously distracted and in landfills. Dr. Peale asked George of the problem and if he could help. George just looked up and began a litany of problems and worries. Both men had a little time and together they took a taxi in Long Island, arriving at a cemetery.
Dr. Peale has renounced his arm outstreched on Sea headstones and said: "George, Here thousands of people and not with a problem or concern. Think about it. If death means you do not worries, it must mean that the concerns with how you live. In fact, with all the worries you, George, you have to be more alive than most. What chance you! "
This story may be prophetic and empowerment. Plus the challenge, the greater the possibility. In business, more opportunity, more check.
The anxiety is not caused by external events or situations, but by how we perceive events or situations.
That worry manifests as lethargy, ulcers, insomnia, headache, poor work habits, attitude, seedy, or gnat-like concentration, like most behaviors, the anxiety is just a habit.
And the good news: Just as we learn a destructive habit … we can learn a constructive replacement. In essence, the obsessive worries and less productive mental tendencies can be improved and modified with alternative ideas and practice. In the process of working through things is the growth that we are preparing several of the mysteries of life.
Einstein said that "You can not solve a problem with the same mind that created it. "
Here are some constructive thoughts LOAD LIFE. If someone wants to serve you, begin now. Never leave time or place of an idea that excites you without doing something, no matter how small, to make it succeed.
- Make your list for tomorrow at the end of TODAY. Preparing for tomorrow at the end of the day you can rest well. The spirit did not spend the night thinking "Remember this and remember it! "You wake up knowing how to start and where you go!
- Live one day at a time. Let go of yesterday and focus on your To-Do List today. If it was important yesterday and incomplete, it will be on my list for today.
- Keep your mind occupied the highest priority in the moment. Instead of understanding why you are as you are, stay in the job knowing that you can not do that one thing at a time. Consider the satisfaction you feel when a task is completed and then your next turn. Interruptions of course will happen. When they do, ask yourself: is interrupted or the task more value for this time? (Most therapists do not try to understand why anyone is worrying, but you prescribe a patient to do something or learn something on which to focus in a positive way. Learning / stimulating the mind can be a person of their ego-centric position.)
- Take responsibility for your choices. You've weighed that task is high priority at the moment. Choose positive and productive as that activity draws your attention today, and is provided in the list. Whatever the strength of influence, the choice is still yours.
- Allow yourself risk. Enter enough. A friend of Nan's had won the grand prize in the contest "American Chopper." When asked how he won, he laughed and said: "When the contest was announced, I went." You've got to let you enter the game and I know that you will not win every time, but you've won a prize playing and playing your best. Enter enough! If fear of loss prevents you from entering, it guarantees a loss. Enter enough and you'll find places where you've won. And as you enter enough of your skills improve. Compensate the lack of skills, not thinking about the absence, but with enough activity,
- Focus on what is right, proper, rather than on what is wrong. So much media focuses on stories of disasters. Happy stories do not sell. Media reports appeal to the lowest denominator our common interests. Do not simply "take" or opinion of others. Consider the possibilities. Have you had your good intentions misinterpreted by others? Allow the benefit of the doubt seeing the good in others. They are more likely to show you their property if they feel that the availability of your hand. Do not listen to television news before going to bed at night. Count the number of things where you can be grateful (full of great-ness!) and sleep better.
- Delegate responsibilities. Fais what you can, but let things go before you become overwhelmed. If someone else can do a task only 80% of the way you want do, but it gives you 100% of the time for other tasks that only you can do … you are 180% productive at this time. Life is too short. What pieces are really worth your attention?
- Exercise. This is an excellent idea, although you may feel stressed and other concerns. endorphins that reduce feelings of anxiety, fear, adrenaline production, while promoting a spirit more relaxed and the body.
- Change your physiology. Stand a little straighter. Smile more (albeit forced) shoulders low, more eye contact, shake hands with someone with a force that says you're glad to meet them. Show signs of life, energy, like you care. Soon, you can easily your first experience of what started to make the necessary efforts.
- Take breaks. Learn and make it short (5-15 minutes) periods of meditation, stretching or self hypnosis proven to minimize mental fatigue, to rethink the vision to direct positive, productive and fast, happy behavior.
Worry is not caused by external events or situations, but by how we perceive events or situations. But for those "Doubting Thomas" warriors who are reluctant to abandon the means worried, here's a great idea:
On top of a piece size of paper, write the words WORRY LIST. When a concern comes to mind, instead of letting that interrupt this you take this list and note concerns. Write a concern so you do not forget, do not have time to worry now. Continue accumulate your worries for a week. On Friday afternoon between the hours of 4:00-5:00 PM lock yourself in a room alone and take your set list for concern. Worry about everything on your list for that full hour. So you do not miss your self-made opportunity (optional) to worry, but you did in your circumstances, and loss of time much less.
If this idea sounds ridiculous, it is … and it is not. (You might be surprised by the number of people with whom I shared this thought, he took seriously and found great utility.) Value yourself and your friends do not sweat such small things … And as the wise man said: "I ALL things. "
Have a good life.

Do you suffer from anxiety attacks? Of course only a qualified medical professional can correctly diagnose these kinds of serious issues, and I would recommend that you seek assistance in these matters if you're experiencing anxiety symptoms. That being said, there are steps an individual can take to relieve and maybe eliminate the emotional turbulence that often accompanies panic and anxiety attacks. With a very simple, natural technique called brainwave entrainment, you can get these sensations and feelings under control and put your life back in order.
