Mastering Your Mind Power: More Tools for Tail Enders

Although I spent much time talking about using a rubber band as an effective, efficient tool to control Enders tail while you work toward mastering your mind power using assertions, there are other tools that are available and effective. Some of these tools include EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), self-hypnosis, professionally administered hypnosis, the use of subliminal media, visualization, various positive immersion workshops, and retreats.

There are probably other tools that I do not know. Perhaps you already own. If done and if it is effective in controlling the tail Enders since you are able to obtain new coherent thoughts, ideas, mental images and beliefs in your subconscious, for all how to use it.

I also used self-hypnosis and EFT to help me manage tail Enders. I do not think never learned to use self hypnosis even though I have not received a notable success with it. With EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), however, my success rate was high. This tool teaches a technique of tapping certain areas of the body with your fingers.

The premise of the founder of EFT is that all negative emotions are the result of disruption of the electrical system of the body. Immediately upon entering the spaces provided, a prescribed manner at the time of the disturbance brings the body back into balance. In steady state conditions are superior to your subconscious mind to be receptive to your affirmations. The key is to tap the tail ender is present and you feel physical disturbance.

My difficulty with the EFT is when Enders tail appear to work, social gatherings or other public places by typing often generates looks, comments, questions about what you do, and even jokes. None of these answers may produce more Enders tail. At minimum, you may feel some discomfort, which is another form of Ender tail.

If you are unable to immediately tap into these parameters, the disappearance of electrical interference but the body remains unhealthy. At some point later, when you're in a comfortable environment, you should mentally replay the situation that produced the tail ender for some degree of power interruption in your body that you've met earlier and do the tapping sequence to restore the balance.

One of the reasons why I prefer the technical band Rubber is I can do it anytime and almost anywhere. I just need to be able to snap my wrist elastic strong enough to become acutely aware of the impact. At this moment I am concentrating on the tail ender stops. It briefly presents Me with my moment of power, during which I will focus on a thought, idea, or a mental image I choose, including my statement.

I am not aware of any tool that is 100% effective 100% of the population who use it. Different people react differently to different tools. Ultimately, you must test and you must choose what works effectively for you.

This, however, I know for sure. You can request or demand re-control your mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living things on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so formidable that you start to really control your mind power and consciously using it is no dream you can dream that you can not reach.
